Cold + Blue EP (2026)

I released my four-song EP Cold + Blue in May 2026.

…a beautifully diverse collection that feels like a journey through decades of musical influences, personal reflection, and thoughtful songwriting… (Hailtunes, July 2026)

Reviews, Etc

Anya Mia builds the EP around four forms of unease, each arriving through a different musical language but sharing the same instinct for emotional precision. (Apricot Magazine, July 2026)

On the Radio

Songs from the EP are broadcast on the Formula Indie daily radio show produced by European Indie Music Network. It plays on more than 80 indie radio stations worldwide, from Spain to Nepal, Nigeria to Ireland to North and South – including Krac Radio in Montreal, Maestro Music in Minnedosa, MB, Otune Radio in Toronto, and Rock 103 in Edmonton (Mon to Fri 2pm). First broadcast July 23, 2026, continuing to October 14, 2026.

The songs from my new EP Cold + Blue are playing on KPHR Radio Hamilton on the playlist that broadcasts between shows (as of June 2026).

My song Lost In The Water, from that EP, was featured on the radio show Songs From A Quiet Place, with DJ Mike Thurnell in July 2026 – live Sunday at 7 am on The Grand@101 in Fergus, ON, repeated Sunday at 5 pm on 91.7 Erin Radio, 10 pm on Tuesday night at FM98.5 Kitchener-Waterloo, and on Wednesday night at 6 pm NDT/4:30 pm ET on VOBB-98.1 FM and 95.9 FM in Newfoundland.

It ultimately presents an artist who has no reason to restrict herself to one genre or era. Anya Mia has lived with these influences for too long to separate them neatly. Instead, she allows them to meet naturally, creating a project shaped by both formal training and personal experience. (Lock Magazine, July 2026)
